Shalom,
We are thrilled that your child(ren) will join the TAG journey this year!

Congregation Netivot Shalom has launched not just one new path but many paths (netivot) toward youth and family education! These paths will lead you through a variety of topics with varying ways of learning. Just as on any path, you can go quickly on your journey, or you may take your time. When you reach the end of each path, you will earn a badge. This is a “choose your own adventure” form of Jewish learning.

Jewish studies, Hebrew, and Synagogue Skills become the components of each badge requirement. We will also offer small Hebrew "hevruta-style" groups of approximately 5 students via Zoom. These small groups will enable focused learning on Hebrew and prayer for short durations of time via zoom.

Primary participation in TAG is on Shabbat mornings during the school year. For a complete TAG experience, we encourage families to also attend Friday afternoons where students will continue their learning and engage in arts, crafts, cooking, and more!

If you have any questions, please contact Rebecca Goodman, Youth & Family Education Director, rebecca@netivotshalom.org
