Classes will be taught by East Bay Jewish educators—including Dr. Deena Aranoff, Beth Cohen, R. Yonatan Cohen, R. Chai Levy, and R. Josh Ladon—focusing on themes of Tisha B’Av. Since Torah study brings joy, it is limited on Tisha B’Av to subjects appropriate for a day of communal mourning.
