The Rapid Response Program trains people to document ICE activity and to safely document any ICE abuse. Observers document how ICE conducts immigration stops and raids; videotape enforcement actions from a safe distance; distribute Know Your Rights cards to immigrants so they can protect themselves from unlawful searches; and other related fully-legal actions protected by the First Amendment.
